The Glatz retailers are exclusively responsible for all inquiries relating to GLATZ products, sales advice, servicing and repairs. As the manufacturer, GLATZ AG provides every GLATZ retailer with annual training and signs service contracts with them. This enables the retailers to guarantee the end-customer a pre-sales and after-sales service, as well as the optimum in-store sales advice.
