All GLATZ retailers are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months from GLATZ AG for the GLATZ products that they sell.

In addition to the above statutory warranty obligation, the warranty is also a voluntary service that the GLATZ retailer provides to the purchaser. The warranty promise usually relates to the functionality of the GLATZ product over a specific period of time. A warranty promise is always valid for the statutory warranty period (24 months). Please consult your rights of warranty in the individual terms and conditions specified by your retailer.
