As a general rule, the GLATZ products are ordered locally at your retailer. Your retailer will send the order to GLATZ AG in Switzerland. Deliveries to your retailer are made by truck from Switzerland and arrive within a maximum of three weeks. Depending on your purchase agreement, you can collect your sunshade from your retailer or arrange for home delivery.

If required, GLATZ AG can deliver goods from Switzerland directly to their place of use at extra cost. Public access for delivery trucks, including a parking lot, must be available, however. Direct deliveries are only available through your retailer, who will the make the necessary arrangements with GLATZ.
